Our Chapter

Make-A-Wish Wisconsin finances endeavor through corporate sponsorships, special events, foundation grants and individual contributions. However, we do not solicit funds by telephone and receive no federal or state funding. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, all contributions are deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our financial statements are audited locally by CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. 

At Make-A-Wish, we take our responsibility for the monies donated to our cause very seriously and are pleased to confirm that according to the fiscal year 2020 audit results, Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin spent 70% of every dollar on wish granting and related program expenses. Only 12% of every dollar was spent on management and general costs and 18% was allocated to fundraising. We are proud to be a BBB Wisconsin Accredited Charity Seal Holder, having met all 20 BBB Standards for Charity Accountability. And we are a two-time recipient of the Wisconisn BBB Torch Award for Ethics.

Open Employment Positions

Administrative & Development Assistant
The Administrative and Development Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors such as scheduling and managing appointments, Board/chapter operations work, among other duties. The position also provides support to the fundraising leadership team. The position serves as a back-up receptionist and delivers outstanding internal and external customer service to ensure the highest quality experience with Make-A-Wish^® Wisconsin.

Regional Coordinator
The Regional Coordinator serves as support within the 11-county region of Northeastern Wisconsin in areas of fundraising, event planning, public relations and community awareness. This position works collaboratively as part of the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin team.
